Pilates Studio Etiquette

At our Pilates studio, we believe that good etiquette helps create a friendly and respectful atmosphere for everyone!

To make the most of your experience, please arrive on time for your scheduled session and come dressed in comfortable workout attire. We also appreciate your consideration for others by practicing personal hygiene and keeping scents light, so everyone can enjoy the class.

During your session, be mindful to follow your instructor's guidance and maintain a positive environment by avoiding any disruptive behavior. By following these simple etiquette tips, we can all enjoy a wonderful and uplifting experience together in our studio!

Common Questions
Studio Guidelines and Attire

Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for your workout.

Socks are required for Pilates sessions, preferably with grips. Pilates socks are available for purchase at the studio.

For personal training, athletic or gym shoes are required. No open-toed shoes unless medically necessary. Contact the studio if you have questions.

Please arrive at your scheduled time.

Do not use equipment without a trainer present.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may affect your appointment time. Because session times are in high demand and out of respect for our instructors and other clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session time are non-refundable.

How to Cancel Your Pilates Session

If you need to cancel your appointment or speak with an instructor directly, please call, text, or email using the contact information below.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are charged for the full session.

How Do i Get On The Waitlist?

If a time or class space is unavailable, you can add your name to the waitlist through our online scheduling system. You may also contact the studio by email, text, or phone.

When Do Pilates and Personal Training Packages Expire?

Packages expire three months from the date of purchase. We also offer online and livestream sessions to help you use your sessions within that timeframe.

Special Event Group Classes

Many clients enjoy booking a special session when family or friends are visiting.

We have arranged sessions for mothers and daughters, fathers and sons, full families, visiting friends, bachelorette parties, and office groups.
